* Consumer There is a natural person concluding a contract for the sale of goods for a purpose not directly related to his business or professional activity.
** Entrepreneur with consumer rights There is a natural person conducting business activity on the basis of an entry in the Central Register and Information on Economic Activity (CEIDG), concluding a contract for the sale of goods directly related to his business activity, when the content of this contract shows that she does not have a professional nature for that person, in particular from the subject of her economic activity provided on the basis of the provisions on the regulations on the Central Register and Information on Economic Activity (CEIDG).
If you are a consumer or entrepreneur with consumer rights, in accordance with the above definitions, you have the right to withdraw from the contract of selling goods purchased in the online store located at the following address: www.ewamrochen.com , within 14 (fourteen) calendar days without any reason.
The deadline for withdrawal from the contract expires after 14 (fourteen) calendar days from the day on which you came into possession of the goods or in which a third party other than the carrier and the indicated by you came into possession of the goods.
To exercise the right to withdraw from the contract, you must inform about your decision to withdraw from the contract by way of an unambiguous statement sent via traditional mail or e -mail to the address:

To keep the deadline for withdrawing from the contract, it is enough to send information on the exercise of the right to withdraw from the contract before the deadline to withdraw from the contract.
Note: The right to withdraw from the contract is not entitled to contracts in which the subject of the benefit is a non -portable item, produced according to the specification of the consumer / entrepreneur with consumer rights or to satisfy his individualized needs. The effects of withdrawal from the contract
In the event of withdrawal from the contract, I refund you all payments received from you, including the costs of delivery of the goods (except for additional costs resulting from the method of delivery of the one chosen by your delivery other than the cheapest delivery method offered by the Store), immediately, immediately,
